Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree (MBA, Finance, or Economics), CFA, CPA, or other certifications (FMVA, CMA, CAIA) are beneficial but not mandatory
