Tasks

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Skill and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative, Call Center Agent, or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • High level of patience and professionalism when handling customer concerns.
